Alpha Kappa Alpha seeks women who will promote, uphold, and extend its policies and programs. In return, the Sorority is a conduit through which individuals can grow and develop, personally and professionally, while simultaneously providing "Service to All Mankind."

 

Membership Intake Process:

The Epsilon Iota Omega Chapter is a graduate chapter and participates in the Sorority's official graduate Membership Experience (ME). Membership is by invitation only and may not be solicited. The Epsilon Iota Omega Chapter hosts public events, such as forums, cultural presentations and social activities, which you may wish to attend in order to become acquainted with Sorority members and our community service activities within Kent County, Delaware.

 

Graduate Membership Requirements:

Completion of at least a baccalaureate degree with a cumulative average of at least C+ or a graduate degree from an accredited senior college/university. A candidate must be motivated and have the ability to promote, contribute and extend the policies and programs of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

 

 

Reactivation and Transfer Members:

If you are a member of Epsilon Iota Omega or Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and would like more information about chapter meetings, reactivation, transfer or upcoming members-only activities; please email: mail@akaeio.org and your inquiry will be forwarded to the appropriate person. Every member is a pearl and we welcome all seeking reactivation with open arms.
